You may be prone to keloids. When I am going to scratch I put an ice bag on it and it stops. I am tired of being so disciplined, but I stopped scratching and it got so much better. The Dupixent ships in ice packs. I throw them in the freezer and then have them sitting around wherever I sit.

My skin actually turns very pale white color all a round the sore area. Dr says it comes from too many times picking or too much sun the pigment just runs out and you are left with big white patches. I put make up on them to somewhat cover them on my arms.
