Hi Carol, Darcy here, I also have the sores on my face. So sorry, its awful.. My advice
from experience, dont mess with them.. put benedryl cream, hydrocortizone cream
on the spots and leave them. They come and go. Ive had P.N for 6 years. When I developed these painful spots, it was the most stressful time in my life. I didnt seek medical attention for it, because I thought they where blemishes, pimples.
I put everything under the sun on them, picked at them because of the stress and anxiety...I have scaring on my face upper back, upper arms and lower legs.
Its been interesting with doctors, misdiagnosis. steroid creams that have made my skin discolored. And the biggest antagonist...Being treated like a picker, and not helping at all, but, adding to the condition. Carol, dont let anyone talk down to you because of this. Just dont touch, pick. use the creams I suggested please..they will help you through the breakouts, flares..

Yes, on my face. Feel horrible under the skin. I have the worst of it on my legs. Then, face, top of shoulders, hair line, eyes, ears, UGH!!! I don't itch much, other than my eyes/face. Basically it's pain.
