I also have those side effects. My worse one is muscles, followed by pins n needles, well fatigue is huge too... Shots bite, I pinch the spot in a big pinch for at least 30 seconds then give shot there. Also make sure it's in room temp for at least 30 minutes.
BUT, I don't have the Constant 24/7 total crazy dig-itch! The one I want to cut my skin off to make it stop itching kind!

I am prescribed Hydroxizine for itch by my Dermatologist. Also on Dupixent. I've gone from over 50 nodules to ZERO since 2018.

I had many side effects from Dupixent: loss of energy, fatigue, eye problem, pins and needles feelings in my hop and shoulder, not on it long enough to experience weight gain. The needle is enormous! I can't believe someone said the shots are not bad, they are terrible. All of these side effects is on the list of Dupixent side effects.

Joanne, I believe that is person based. Some have had complete success with dupixent, some, like myself, balance the side effects with the good it Does do,... I don't itch like a complete mad woman 24/7. I CAN go out into the sun without feeling like I'm in a fry basket.

I can't take Zyrtec, gives me migraines. I'm on other allergy meds, but also on hydroxyzine for itch. Sun depends on the day for me.
