Have Anyone Try Natural Path For PN? I Wonder If Help
I've tried various natural remedies, and I'm quite familiar with many. What works best for me is applying aloe cream with a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil. It numbs the area a bit. The aloe is essential because pure peppermint oil would dry out the skin, making things worse. And after showering, with my skin still warm, I apply extra virgin olive oil, which is rich in Vitamin E, moisturizes, and aids in healing. These are the ones that have worked best for me. The peppermint is much better than capsaicin, in my opinion
Yes I have been to a naturopath after no luck with derms and regular doctors.
She did a comprehensive diet allergy and I'm not allergic to anything but sensitive to oats, whey (which includes soft cheeses) so avoiding those but still not seeing any difference.
I've started taking liver supplements as well as a detox formula she recommended.
When I took natural health courses we were taught that any rashes on the body mean an unhealthy liver so I'm trying that route for my scalp on that started after camping for 10 days on the other side of a huge lake in the wilderness
If only we knew the cause of this that would help greatly!
Does Anyone Recommend Tepid Baths With Either Plain Epsom Salts Or Oatmeal Bath?
