I find a very hot shower gives me relief for at least 8 hours.

I think maybe a cooler climate is better. I noticed my symptoms would go away in the winter. Then I moved to Florida!! They are not going away. I have been trying CRYO therapy where you go into a 160degree below zero chamber for 3 minutes and it relieves my symptoms for a while also exercise , I do Pilates and walking helps. Maybe a release of endorphins? I’m not claiming any medical benefits of the CRYO but for me I feel relief even if it is temporary. It’s not inexpensive but if it starts to ease my symptoms then it worth every penny. I’ve only done it twice so far maybe more sessions will help. Also I sleep with ice packs & gabapentin.
