I'm using a prescription based oil:Derma Smooth. It is made with peanut oil as the base.

I haven’t tried it but will the last few months the infection in my fingers and toes the pain is killing, antibiotics don’t really help a allergic to penicillin. I will give this a try and let you know how I get on
