I'm using Clobetasol 0.05 %. I've also used Triamcinolone too. My dermatologist told me that the Clobetasol is stronger than the Triamcinolone. I think the best ani itch cream is the one that works for you: stopping the itch and healing the lesions.

I wish I knew as have tried everything script & over the counter to calm this horrific disease down! Nothing has worked for me! UGH😱

Clobetasol has not worked for itching for me. It helps healing and nodules, but not itches, I've been trying with this weird arm thing, doesn't help, only the nodules and lesions, for me. Tea tree oil has been helping me sometimes, as well as Sarna cool n calm. My latest is clove oil. Burns like heck, but it takes the itch out.
I agree, the one (or more) that work for you when it does, is the best for you.

Capsaicin cream burns the heck out of my lesions/skin. Doesn't help me at all.
