Yes I have hypothyroidism and metastatic breast cancer. They say pacitaxol can cause the PN . I think so cause when I had my chemo 20 years ago is when it showed up, never stopped got a little after, recently the cancer has progressed to my bones and they tried 2 doses of pacitaxol to see if it would help. It didn’t and I had a huge nodule bigger then a half dollar come out and. It had to be drained and I was in hospital for 3 days on IV antibiotics.

I have fibromyalgia, lymphadema, over active immune system, osteopenia, DDD, non-union hip fracture,anxiety,depression,and panic attacks also. I often wonder if it has to do with porphria, my family also has a history of it.😁
