We keep our place between 70 and 80. Below that is too cold and above that is too hot. Symptoms from most of my ailments get worse around bedtime. I also have restless leg syndrome which has been in remission until recently. Ropinerole didn't help at all in the past. A very hot bath every evening does help with RLS, pain from spinal stenosis, and general aches and pains. I think it helps my itching a bit, especially on my scalp.

It makes my skin roar. I use a bamboo sheet as it helps to regulate the body’s temperature and is super soft on my skin.

I would not sleep in a hot bedroom. I would have to turn on the ceiling fan or a fan to move the air. I might have to take a quick shower to cool the skin, then with a fan on in bedroom.
