Did you have a punch biopsy? Have you taken a sample of whatever is coming out of the nodules to a physician to be analyzed by a laboratory? I would take a clean container, put the material from the nodule in it and take it to the dermatologist. What may look like a worm may actually be an exudate from the nodule(mucous strand or something else). It needs to be seen by someone! If it were me, I would start with the dermatologist.

And the pcp would not give me the ivermectin and cream, it was the emergency room drs that gave it to me. I found an awesome er, wish they could be my pcp. Now on my legs I still have bad sores and they hurt like fire at night, restless leg syndrome the er dr says I have bacterial folliculitis. So, idk.

Sandifletcher, hey!!! Yes!!! I took the ivermectin and did the cream all over the body too!!! It helped sooo much!!! But I had a blockage in my intestines of worms. I guess when I went out of the country on vaca that's where it got them I think, but I do not know. So, they had to get out somehow. I still have all of the sores but no more worms (parasites). I had one of the derms tell me that I just need to find a dr that cares. My Daughter was with me!!! We were like, wth?? Then in my portal he put that me and my Daughter are the "butterfly effect". WOW!!! I had to google that haha!!! The medical system is broken!!! I just went to my pcp the other day to get a new referral to go to a new derm, and he started yelling at me!!! He even had an intern in the room with us (me & my Daughter). The intern just tried to get him out of there. She had a look like "omg". She told me that she would take care of it for me. I think he is too old and needs to retire. I've only had him for about 9 mos. I thought because he is older that he would be good, but I was wrong. Sorry so long, but I've just been so busy with work and life. God Bless......

The demo looked at me like I’m crazy. She said if it is mites or scabies my husband would have it.

Before I went to the demo, my PCP, prescribed ivermectin, and did the permethrin cream.
Cream first couple weeks later the ivermectin.
I don’t know
