Does Anyone Have Grey/blackish Colored Hard Pieces Of Something That Come Out Of The Nodules When Scratched Open?

I have had different shades of color come out of mine. And even now, I have what is 'healed' scars reinventing and itching with red around them, and what feels kind of like splinters under them... They've been healed, so no not infected, no nothing new went in to them as in a splinter.
One thing I think I have found, I don't think there's really rules it follows. Other than to make us miserable, That, it does!

Mine is black specks. I am new to this and feel like I am going crazy cause they look like they could be a microscope bug, and feel like it. I have a lot of what looks like hairs or stringy skin.
