Have you contacted the dermatologist about this? It sounds like a prescription may be in order if you don't have anything on your regimen to deal with this? OTC Benedryl for now for itching? I use Blue Lizard sunscreen. Maybe avoid sun exposure for the time being.

I was on Dupixent for about 9 months -- it helped. Had to stop because of hip surgery. About a month after I stopped I developed shingles -- which is apparently a side effect of Dupixent. The antiviral worked right away. I have found DuoDerm bandages -- get on Amazon -- not cheap but they can stay on for a few days -- helped me stop itching the lesions and got them 'moist' enough to start healing. I wish you the best.

I am new to all of this and new to this site. The itch is almost unbearable at times. Seems the worst when I wake in the morning. Thank you for your suggestions.🙂

I forgot to suggest Aquaphor for moisturization. Have you tried NAC for possible help with the itching? It's a 600 mg capsule taken twice per day per my dermatologist. The brand I purchase is Nutracost which is vegan. Amazon has it.

It sounds like you need something that will complement the Dupixent.
