When the seed comes out my sore gets worse and flares up horribly and many become infected

I find once the entire core (seed) is out, then the healing begins. But for me, in addition to the core, there is a hard membrane-like outer wall that forms in the affected area. If it isn't completely removed at the same time the core is successfully removed, then a new core will form and the same spot remains an "active" zone.

Since I've discovered this additional step is needed, I suffer through the pain of removal until no hardness presents in the impacted spot(s). Within a day or two, the area heals flat, but remains a dark spot. Then, once the layer of dead skin starts to lift naturally, it requires little effort to remove using tweezers. This allows me to release what appears to be a trapped pool of blood under the skin. Then within the next few days the spot no longer hurts, itches, and appears dark in tone. Though it is slightly lighter as it does leave a scar. I then start applying scar cream (Mederna Scar Cream - night repair, available on on Amazon.ca) to the area, as it is no longer active.

All that said, my doctor and then also my dermatologist noted that "I was a good bleeder", after taking their respective skin biopsies. They both indicated that being a good bleeder aligned with a better flushing of infection and therefore aligned with a greater potential for faster healing.

The downside of being a good bleeder, is it can result in lower iron levels - negatively impacting overall energy levels, with the potential risk of developing anemia (amount of healthy red blood cells in my body) which impacts energy levels. So, I've learned to determine when a spot is ready for a full membrane and core sweep. I can tell when the active spot is painful while feeling tight with the skin feeling almost like tissue paper. When this "perfect condition" presents, it tells me the core has lifted enough to be fully removed.

I use hydrochlorous acid (https://e11ement.ca/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0...) after cleansing my skin and make sure my hands and nails are clean and disinfected before removing the core and hard membrane surrounding the core. Then I spray e11ement over the cleared area again after I've finished clearing out the area.

I know the above sounds terrible, but it has been the only approach I have found to work for me. I have tried many other approaches before arriving at this one. Again, this may be unique to me and may offer others less than favourable results. It all depends on the individual.

In my case it heals faster after the shard or seed comes out. But, Mine have returned at a later flare up. Some do some haven't "yet"
