About the nodules? The truth is that there are different types just as there are different strokes for different folks!

Hope U R both doing ok
Holiday weekend arriving as of tomorrow Yeah!
That is the million $$ question Jessica
Like Donna remarked there R no dumb or unimportant questions on this forum
We R all learning as we go & everyone even doctors R baffled by this rare condition
How do we get them 2 disappear 4ever?
Or @ least go into full remission
Even the specialists dont have an answer for that question
Is it even possible as it seems some members of this group have suffered with it 4 many years unfortunately 😫
One day @ a time is all we can do & hope 4 more research into this dastardly illness/ disease so we all get some answers & possibly one day a cure
Have a nice Labour day weekend
Hard 2 believe the official summer season is almost over
In Canada we celebrate with as well
Fall is my favorite time of year especially weather wise & the leaves all changeling colour 🍁
It's so beautiful & lovely
Fresh crisp air
No more humidity thank goodness
We have our Thanksgiving in October whereas I know in the USA U celebrate it in November 🦃
Take care ❤️
Bye 4 now

It depends on where the nodules are located. I get them on my scalp. What I find challenging is that I can feel one which is quite hard. Another one can Pop up and be sore to the touch and softer. I treat them the same way. Derma Smooth, Head and Shoulders Bare, and patience. I also get them on my lower legs near the ankle. Those I treat with Jukebox soap and Clobetasol ointment 0.05%. Patience and NAC twice a day.

That is a very important question! On this site, many have recommended their choice for relief or healing. I think that treating your lesion as it is that day. If rough and flaky, use a super moisturizer on freshly wet skin from the shower, even vaseline. Object is to trap the moisture there as long as possible. If they are itchy, a prescribed cortisone cream or Vicks, Gold Bond, etc. And cover if you need to to avoid scratching. If it has been scratched open, clean daily and maybe dab the center with an antibiotic cream, especially if infected. Cover with a bandage. The only possible way for them to heal and go away is if you don't pick or itch them, which we all know is the hardest part! Ice packs are still my go to for the itch.
Summer is almost over. Hang in there!

Hello Jessica, nothing dumb about your question. I still have my first Nodules and it will be a year the 4th of September.
I have started using a cream with sulfur in it. I have seen great improvements, but I am not as bad as others. Fortunately I caught mine early.
