Members rallied around someone shocked by the $1,100 monthly cost of Dupixent, with nearly everyone sharing that manufacturer patient assistance programs for both Dupixent and Nemluvio can reduce the cost to zero dollars regardless of insurance status. Several members offered creative strategies including having injections administered at a hospital outpatient clinic rather than picking up the medication at a pharmacy, as Medicare covers hospital-administered shots with no copay, and working directly with dermatologists to complete the necessary paperwork for assistance programs. A recurring theme was the wide variation in Dupixent's effectiveness for prurigo nodularis, with some members experiencing significant relief while others saw no improvement, underscoring the importance of accessing affordable options to give treatments a fair trial.

Thank you because there's no way! I am going to call the doctor tomorrow and tell them. They should have said something when I agreed to try it!
