Good 2 hear from U again Hope U R doing ok & a bit better than previously with your health journey
Yes no one really knows or understands this rare disease
Possibly the COVID vaccine triggered PN 2 develop in some people but others on this support group have suffered from it 4 many years B4 COVID so who really knows,??
It's really a mystery disease for sure & misdiagnosed, & misunderstood by even the specialists who some of them say- it's all in our heads
Can they NOT C THE INFLAMED SCABBY NODULES?? Sorry 4 my skepticism but Really??
I have been immune- compromised since 1995 when I out of the blue developed Psoriasis immediately after my dad passed away so I believe whole heartedly that st severe ress triggers some of us 2 develop these abhoyskin diseases in response Just my personal opinion from personal experience
I developed PN out of the blue early this year after a few very stressful life events so who knows what the cause or triggers R Different 4 everyone obviously
Take care
Bye 4 now 🤗😍

I wish I had an answer. It seems like since covid the number of people with pn has increased. But maybe we are just more aware. There is so much we don't know about viruses. I have a cousin, doctor, who has said no covid boosters. I also had a nurse who was adamant about no covid boosters after what she has seen. But we have to decide for ourselves and pray!

Probably depends on the meds you're on. I'm on Dupixent and told not to take live vaccines.

Not at all. And today as I walked the golf course, I can thank the polio vaccine I received in my youth. Scientists keep politics out of their research as demonstrated in their rapid response to COVID.

I was told it was ok to have boosters while taking meds. I also believe it is up to our own selves to make that decision. I thought I was going to get my flu and skip the Covid, but in the end I decided that it would help protect me against the ones who don't and then spread illness. I have enough hard times to breathe without added issues, I don't need breathing and barfing issues too add to it!
My skin issues at this moment are about the same as they were before my boosters this season, no changes or added issues.
