Willie,
My 5 month stint on Dupixent helped a bit with the redness, but not much else. I just took my second dose of Nemluvio and I am seeing some definitively remarkable lessoning of the number of nodules, but still have burning and itching. I think additional doses will continue should help. Remember that everyone responds differently, but I am optimistic.

Hi Willie
All of the suggestions that have been given are spot on I would just like to add that I had a scratch test and boy did it help me .
I have learned that I am allergic to many different spices and perfumes and even Neosporin
Who would have thought that ..
So please work with your doctor and see if any of the options work for you .. good luck and we all are here for you .

One shot per month sounds bearable. Dupixent is every 2 weeks. I'm sorry that it was a fight to get the drug approved, but I'm happy that it's happening for you. Please let us know how it goes. Good luck.

Thank you so much but after constant fighting I finally got approved for this new medication Nemluvio that’s specifically for PN I still say it’s sad being the only medication specifically designed/developed for this condition that the insurance companies fight to not pay for it due to cost you wouldn’t believe the distance I had to go to get my insurance to contribute thank God I am a veteran and the veterans administration stepped on my behalf not to mention the drug maker charge 4.500.00+ for a dose the upside to that is you only have to take one shot a month
