The dr. told me not to use hot or warm water....and it does make me itch like crazy...cause it dries out your skin....i use lukewarm or cold...but i guess eveyone is different

I just tried diluted apple cider vinegar & it seems to have given me some relief from itching. I started on CBD oil last night, sleep a little better then used CBD cream this morning on my arm & wrapped with Saran Wrap, hoping for more relief. Also lesions on legs & back that are harder to treat. Hoping vinegar & CBD salve helps.
Have stopped using steroid ointment as I think it aggravates the lesions.

When im just having a bad day..I sit with a bucket filled with Epson salt and a wash cloth..warm nice water and take the washcloth over the leisins.ahhhhhh feels good ..u let it dry on my legs and arms overnite

My dermatologist suggested I keep Vaseline on hand. She said it is a moisturizer but also a skin barrier that protects. For me, my skin is so thick (I just thought I had thick skin 🤷‍♀️) that I can itch and itch until I’ve made a sore. My itch is mostly my fingers and toes but if I keep my skin moisturized the itch seems to be cut in half!!
