Us who are blessed/cursed with this disease I believe ultimately find out that fatigue, muscle pain, joint pain, body aches and the feeling of being unwell are caused by pn. Also I am sure that you have experienced being blamed as the cause of the disease, gaslighted by doctors. I am here to tell you that it not your fault. What we all need is a dermatologist that has pn to treat us, they would know what we know and more. (Closing my rant thanks for listening).

I have never tried it but have heard some folks use stuff that they spray on warts, its liquid co2 I think that freezes them, I would ask others who have tried that method. I have applied red bee propylis to mine that form like that, if forms a dry hard cap over it , helps to heal and helps to protect from picking at it too. Our underfingernail bacteria is our biggest nemesis and culpret in spreading inflamation to other open lesions. Fake fingernails and chipped old nail polish make it even worse, they are bacteria condos.
