Rest when I'm tired. Prayer. Reading. Playing Mah Jongg. Listening to music. Supportive conversation.

@A MyPrurigoTeam Member ~ I have always been a barefoot person. Since PN hit my feet started going to the cracks from he!!, and rolling easily. This summer I go barefoot in my house, but not outside, and it is amazing how different it is! They don't itch from PN either now. Sometimes still just above ankle it itches after I'm outside and sweat.
Germs... Please don't get me started there. I have been a gentle germa-phobe for years, since Covid and PN hit, it has grown a lot!

Yes I agree
Keep the skin clean & moisturizing is very important
💚
I wear socks with my sandals in summ6& it's amazing how dirty my feet still get
Unbelievable
I've always washed / or soaked my feet @ night
So much pollution etc
I didnt wear socks one day in June & caught a heel fungus yikes
Luckily a cream the pharmacist suggested has finally cleared it up
So many germs even on sidewalks especially in big cities like Toronto
No more sockless days lol
I know it's not fashionable but at my age I dont ge a hoot🦉

Yes self- care is so very important 4 everyone 4 every health condition even 4 those without any medical issues ( who I'm sure R few & far between)
I do yoga when I'm up 2 it as it is relaxing even tho it is a great muscle workout/ stretching/ stress reliever 4 sure as the poses R very focused & require concentration so takes your mind off current problems even if 4 a brief time Very beneficial I find
I'm not into the serious meditation stuff
It is definitely a work out - better than aerobics in my opinion
Also just simple old- fashioned walking is great especially 4 me as I stop & talk 2 dogs & their owners as I used 2 B a dog Walker & lost my fur baby in 2020 so it's very therapeutic 4 me
Take care
Bye 4 now
Namaste❤️

My main one lately is to not listen to news at night, and not watch or listen to things that could be controversial, as anxiety is one of my main itch-prone prelude!
My second is to shower and get sweat and dirt off as soon as possible. Then to be sure and hydrate skin with lotion/oil that is needed/tolerated at that time.
There are SO many different hoops to jump through.
