My stress level is also high, someone ask my if my stress level is always bad,
I have tryed also everything. I think I need a warm island and lots of horses and dogs

For me, lack of sleep, hot or cold temperatures, and life’s difficulties. Right now getting Christmas ready is throwing me over. Just doing too much period. The times I did the best was when I ate right, took care of myself, and did yoga.
