Is Cognitive Behavorial Therapy The Best Way To Tackle The Body Shame Feelings, Or What Is Your Experience (both The P-team And Members?)
This is more a reply/continued question from my first one: I have Antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications. I guess meeting people with as awful body as I have or even worse, and who are self-confident despite this would be the only thing that would help me. Also to hear from this MP-team members if they have had problems with new relations........or am I highly-sensitive. A simple yes or no to the question about problems with new relations would be enough for me.
How often do U go to a psychologist and talk due to PN Tina ?
As to the question, I have much counseling before PN hit hard, so there is a lot of value in overcoming the thought pattern.
For me, the biggest help for having PN and all the skin crap that came with it like excema, etc .. knowing that I was not alone, that there are many of us around the world with this, was and is, my biggest alli!
