Has Anyone Bought A Light For Light Therphy At Home And If So What Kind Did You Buy And Is It Worth It?
My derm prescribed light treatment 3 days per week. It's amazing how well it works! Drawback is that you have to stick to a strict schedule and show up for months at a time. But worth the inconvenience!
