Has Anyone Used A Handheld Light Therapy Device, And Has It Been Effective?
Hey Louie, Thank you for this response. My dermatologist has given me no direction on this issue other than to say the handheld wand probably won't work, and you have confirmed that. Thank you.
I had used phototherapy in the hospital but they have no control on intensity so after a few treatments of short duration, I developed skin rash. I don't know why they cannot control intensity. I then bought a light bar but the problem is there is no info on light intensity so maybe too low for actual benefit. I used daily for over a month but have no observable improvement. It may be my skin problem was so bad. I currently use Dupixent which help reduced it quickly but some area are taking time to heal.
