Irma, the Clobetasol probably won't do a lot at that stage. Epson salt might help for now. Do you have triple antibiotic ointment, over the counter? That might help a little if you can bandage it. Mupirocin ointment will work on the infection part and redness. Then the Clobetasol should help. You could try using a wash cloth and apply an ice cube to it, might give you a moments piece. I hope you can get in to see your dermatologist soon, those welted up red ones are mean! π«
