As far as scars, I am thankful that the rest of society has decided to copy us with PN, and they are tattooed more than we could ever think.

Bad scarring.. had to chuckle at that, not at you, but as I looked at my arms. I already had scars from many things over the years.. now PNs never ending war on them.. might not look too bad sometimes, but when certain temps or certain things, they look like war zones.

I got PN after a chiropractic adjustment that made me stroke out. I've had 2 major flare ups, it feels like chemicals coming out of skin and the itching🙃🙃 I wear loose clothing, long sleeves but do get sun when able. I started dupxient and it clear up some sores immediately. I have some bad scaring anyone else?

I am avoiding gluten, dairy and sugar in my diet, makes a difference in how itchy I get. I try to get a lot of sleep, take CBD gummies at night with trazadone and melatonin to sleep and stay asleep. Been taking epson salt baths more frequently and then lots of moisturizing afterwards seems to help. Have my second appointment with a Naturopathic doctor this week and hoping to learn more.
