Me too! It's awful.. I bought some plain old baby wipes, I keep them all around so when I want to touch my face, The cool wiping works so great!

I have it on my face. At first I thought it was a rash from wearing a mask during Covid. After 2 doctors and 3 dermatologists, I was diagnosed with PN (2 years ago). My dermatologist injected my spots every month. The injections seemed to help, but I finally tried a product line that made all the different. I'll post before and after photos later today.

Although the literature claims it's uncommon on have PN on the face, I have met quite a few people in Canada who have it on their faces. This product has helped them too. I don't know why it's effective, but it is. It's manufactured in South Korea (of all places).
