I've had a horrific lesion in my eyebrow that's extremely painful & hanging on forever! Deep rooted causing pain in my eye (pain is improving after almost 8 mo's). It's causing me to lose my eyebrow hairs & was causing bad frontal headaches. Used topical Lidocaine for the pain. It's spreading across my eyebrow. It started out as several pockets of inverted like triangles between my eyebrows which had tissue like material inside if these pockets. It was a large cluster of these so called inverted triangles & it's lessened to a lesion similar to this Lichen disease. I also have these Lichen flattened areas on my chin & cheek of my face. One lesion on each area. This eyebrow lesion was & the most painful one I've ever experienced. I've had this disease (PN) for approx. 4-5 years. I also had a area in front of my ear on my cheek that was the same consistency as the initial outbreak between eyebrows.... with the inverted triangular pockets. It's finally healed. But both of these areas were horrible. These triangles had on each pointed end curved like spikes or inverted claws/pins that kept these lessons tightly adhered to my face. Nobody can understand this unless they've been thru it. It seems like it's alive an an alien just as somebody identified if up above. A terribly horrific disease. Had a round of antibiotics shortly after the initial bad outbreak which
seemed to help. I wouldn't wish this PN on my worst enemy!

Yes, I have them on my scalp. I use Derma Smooth on them as soon as I feel them erupt.

Now, face and scalp, yes, and I have heard many others do/have also. Rinvoq made my scalp break out so bad, I couldn't rund a wide comb thru it with conditioner in the shower it hurt so bad!
Now I still get them at hairline, earlobes, occasionally on face.
I use Mupirocin ointment or clobetasol, and if itching my most recent find is clove powder, sounds weird but it has been helping.
