I swear by Dupixent

Dupixent has helped me tremendously. I also use goat milk soap which soothes my prurigo.

I haven’t used medication but find slathering on coconut oil especially after showering helps with itching and prevention. I recently tried putting black seed oil (relatively cheap and can be found on Amazon) directly on the lesions which seems to help with the itch and healing. Wearing synthetic fabric seems to make mine much worse, cotton is advised.

Spray on Calamine helps mine. You can get it in a clear also.

Dupixent has also really helped me. I wish I would of been on it for the last 7 years, It's a life saver.
