I am not seeing hair loss but my hair is already. thin in front top and sides. I was told to use T-Sal shampoo and my hair is very very fly-away fine. I do have concerns that I will be bald.

I am referring to a hard brown poppy sed sized thing that is shaped more like a sesame seed. It can be "picked" out. I have PN on scalp. Not sure if this is unique to scalp nodules. Are they related to hair follicles? Hair loss?
