I have been on Eliquis for a few years, on Dupixent every other week, the new dermatologist suggested Dupixent once weekly and I’ve had no issues. I’ve posted at least two times about my newest dermatologist who used freezing and steroid injections directly into the lesions. It’s been six months. At least I have been totally itch itch, and pain free for over six months.

I think that blood thinners are to prevent clots in the body. I don't think I would stop blood thinners for PN. In any event, medications shouldn't be stopped unless a physician directs it
