Agree.. I even have the small blemish colloid patches that cover small breakouts.

Not easy I realize. However, if I keep my hands and my mind engaged in an activity, I'm less likely to scratch.

Cover with bandaid or hydrocolloid bandage (clear and you cut them to size.) If you use an ointment like clobetasol you can put that on and then bandage. That is the only actual deterrent I know of other than mental games to keep yourself from touching them.
