I agree with Tina. Any changes in dosing needs to be discussed with your physician. Plus changing the frequency of the dosing could affect your insurance coverage resulting in higher out of pocket expenses.
I have asked that exact question, and they told me that bi-weekly is the appropriate dose. Every week would not be of benefit to me. Doctors may vary, but it might be too much of a good thing.
I've heard people on here who have been on it every week, but I'm not sure how long for, before going to recommend of every other week. Something to talk to your Dr about if you feel it may be helpful.
