Hi Lori. I was given the first two Nemolizumab injections on 10/1/24, two weeks ago. Dupixent had helped me a lot but would lose effectiveness a few days before each injection and my insurance would not approve more frequent usage. I was so excited when I learned that Nemolizumab was available and thought it seemed more likely to work since it's more targeted. At this point, however, it has been less effective for me than Dupixent was at any point in my treatment. Perhaps it becomes more effective as treatment progresses, I don't know. The good thing is that it may work great for you. I wish you luck!

YAY, Tina! I started the process to obtain mine like Sept 4rh, and I am quite upset as the hold up on this has been from the Dermatologist, and after several follow ups with her, hopefully as of today it is being processed! Evidently, everything I try to get taken care of it becomes complicated! UGH!! I had company last week, and was hoping that I would have already been on it as the stress of worrying about it I had major flares before, during, and after. I am so happy for you that you are experiencing improvement. Also, relieved me to hear about the injections! Well, if I don't get my first doses sooner than later, I will have to commit myself to the nut house. Best news ever when I read your post!! 🍂🎃
