I Had A Biopsi At Dermatologist Office In June The Area Never Healed And Now I Have A Ulcer Like Is That Normal

No, I don't think that's normal. Since a biopsy is a surgical procedure, please contact your dermatologist. Please don't try to treat it on your own.
