Multi blade razors for sure. I also read that if you use the razor daily, the blades should be changed once every 2 weeks. Changing the blade helps to prevent nicks and cuts. As I previously stated, I use shaving cream and then body lotion.

Very gently is my motto on that one! I use razors with multi blades, and I sit on side of tub so I can go gently to go around nodules/lesions.
Also to use a thick soap to shave with (or body lotion soap), and make sure to use good lotion afterwards.
