So I Was Put On Dupixent 6 Weeks Ago. My Specialized Pharmacy Sent Me 2 Boxes Free Of Charge. I Will Need A Shot This Friday And Don't Have
Another shot. How do I get the medicine?
If you have the specialized pharmacy phone number, I would contact them directly to determine if you have an account and a delivery schedule. When I was taking Dupixent, I had to initiate the process through my insurer's specialized pharmacy. Good luck.
Janice, on the paperwork with the prescription, does it show your health insurance provider? Mine I didn't get anything on it, until after I had received it. The pharmacy knows too, as however it's being paid for will be there.

Hi Janice-The specialty pharmacy ended up calling me to let me know how it was covered. I was told they would call me, ask me questions, then send my refill. However, they never did and seemed upset that I didn’t call them. I just started calling them and the problem was solved. I did think they were a bit grumpy.
I was able to contact the pharmacy and I will get it Weds. How long does it take insurance company to decide if they are going to approve the dupixent ? Should I be calling my health insurance and see what the hold up is
