I am greatful to share that with all the challenges of PN, the disease can be managed and you can still live your life as you wish. Even with an ugly flare, people who love and care for you will be around for you even with PN. Don't let the stares and comments take up rent in your head, please don't. Evict them and keep moving as you want.

I am grateful to have a wonderful doctor cares that I have this disease, and he helps me and then I can turn around and help others
Not every suggestion will help everyone , but with what we have it’s worth trying anything that will make us a little less in pain, or itchy, or even sad . So again I say I am very grateful for this site as well . We are all in this together and we can all help each other .

I am so grateful for this group. Only been dx since July. Had PN for years before diagnosed but would go away. This flare has been since June. Thanks to dupixent all lesions scabbed and most are gone. Still battling eczema but is significantly better. I pray for all of you for relief and healing. Take things one day at a time especially when in a flare with unrelenting itchiness and you can't sleep. May you have people who support you. Merry Christmas everyone

I'm grateful for many things, starting with this site! Then I am grateful for being able to take Drs info, other people's info, and have the desire and ability to try different things that may, or may not, help, and to own what helps and what I choose to do. Not one thing helps everyone, and we have the choice to decide what helps us the most. Because PN is not something I can 'walk on' about, it doesn't leave me, and I do like to be outside.
Thank you everyone for your input, caring, and sharing. πŸ«‚
Happy Holidays!!
