How I found physicians when I needed them because I relocated. There are multiple medically related websites that can aid in your search. Having PN a skin condition, finding a dermatologist is in order. Websites such as WebMD, healthgrades, vitals, US news and world report all provide patient reviews as well as background information. You can start by using the search for top rated dermatologists in your area . Include your location and zip code. You also can have a discussion with your PCP as they are most likely the one to identify that there is an issue with your skin. Take your time searching. You and your skin are worth it. Another possible source of locating a dermatologist is the American Academy of Dermatology. Good luck!

Mia, you're so welcome! My strategy has helped me, my family, and my friends. Hope it works for you as well! One other tip, when looking at reviews, I noticed only look at the rating, I look at the number of reviewers. The more reviews the better!

Hi Mia! Heat is awful when dealing with PN. Artic Cool products may be of interest to you. The garments have cooling properties to wick away the sweat from your body. My son who is a restaurant chef loves them! I can relate to your frustration in locating a knowledgeable physician. If there is a teaching hospital near you, I would recommend researching the department of Dermatology. My physician graduated from a teaching hospital and was chief resident. I believe that it has made all the difference in treating the PN. Please don't give up. You deserve to feel better.
