Does Anyone Recommend Tepid Baths With Either Plain Epsom Salts Or Oatmeal Bath?

I've had 4 shots of Dupixient. So far have not seen any changes. I also still use a steroid ointment and CervVae Healing Ointment. I'm researching some natural remedies to help my PN. Any suggestions if a bath is good for the PN?

Before the Dupexint I began taking 1 drop of organic oregano oil under the tongue. It really reduced the inflammation. I also have become a big fan of drinking as much water as I can, up to 50 or more oz per day and I feel so much better for it. We all have to do the best we can with this horrid skin problem.God bless.

absolutely right..I use cool water therapy.. As cool as is comfortable for you! It calms the skin.
Baths with epsom salts and cool water. As often as you can. If your a hot shower lover, try to scale back a little, or at the end of your shower do a cool rinse.

Diet can be a trigger or make PN worse. IMHO, PN is an internal disease not a skin issue. The skin manifests whats happening inside the body. Some creams/ lotions are soothing but they provide short lived relief 🥲. PN has no known etiology as yet and this is where the medical/research community should be making a start. 🙏
