I have cut out all sugar and processed foods. If it comes in a box I wont eat it! I eat very low carb and low dairy. It has definitely helped.

Yes, I eat a low histamine diet. One of my trigger foods is tomatoes. I itch like crazy if I eat them. I also avoid Wine, anything pickled, citrus drinks.
