If your having pain tho I would have Epsom salt bath soak with alcohol in water helps soothe the skin & you can add Vicks vapor tablets as well with lil lemon juice in the water any thing with lemon & olive πŸ«’ coco butter coconut helps the skin I even use black soap during shower s and baths

I stay calm at all costs and use lotions and/or products with lidocaine, cold packs also. β€œIf we can stay positive when things are negative we win”.

I don't have pain I have more itching & blistering it goes away for 6 months and comes back that's the stressful part
