it does help the itching but I get headaches and drymouth/eyes so I only use if really bad or prementively if I am indulging in a known allergen food

have you tried over the counter antihistimines? I dont like to take regularly but really helps to stop the itch cycle when its bad. some are better than others, check the labels for chronic itch relief

yes, 4% lidocaine lotion…there is a generic product at ur pharmacy…i jus smear a lil on when an area starts to itch
