A drug going thru the final stages of trials for PN will hopefully be authorized the first part of 2024 nemolizumab. I have my fingers crossed it actually works well without a lot of 'other' issues.
We don’t have Dupexent here in the UK so having tried steroid cream, oral steroids and phototherapy the next step is methotrexate. I have just started the treatment so will keep you posted. No change yet but hope springs eternal!!
