What Are You Following Regarding A Diet That Helps? Are There Foods That Make Things Worse?

White flour seems to be the worst for us. Are you doing keto or an anti-inflammatory diet? How long to effects from foods seem to last for you.

Ugh for me it’s eat and see … sometimes certain foods I can eat once in a while and no issues and one day boom… shit gets all crazy on me … I noticed caffeine coffee especially get me eruptions. I noticed after a year on duplexin…. Now I get a hive rash on my cheeks .. and sometimes internal itching but it’s goes away after popping some Benadryl … the struggle continues…

Ugh white flour… go home you drunk lol

I have been trying to figure out the food triggers for some time and it's like playing whack-a-mole. I hear conflicting information about foods also. Some say try the keto or carnivore diet, but even people who have been eating that way for years still suffer from this horrible condition.
