Thanks so much for your reply
Glad to hear its helping somewhat. Wouldnt it be nice to find something that clears it up totally to never return Hopefully the new drug you mentioned coming out soon will do even more. I read up on dupixent and saw commercials for it.
I'm in Canada so not sure if the new one will be available here
My dermatologist is waiting to hear back from our Ministry of Health as I'm on government disabilty assistance and the injections aren't covered under the Disability health coverage
I'm praying I get approved otherwise 8 dont know what to do.
This disease is driving me crazy The steroid cream she prescribed does help quote a bit but supposedly steroids arent good for long term use.

I understand stress can be a mitigating circumstance and I've been under severe stress the past few years. Also dealing with a lot of hair loss too. (again could be stress related the dermatologist said,)

Hi Mary! I am treated with the biologic Dupixent. This drug only suppresses the Interluekin 4&13 cells. It does not suppress the entire immune system. If you are considering that biologic drug treatment I can offer my experience with it. It did improve the new and current lesions I had. I began seeing changes with improvement in the first 4-6 weeks of treatment. The results improved even more by about 12-16 weeks. No new lesions and the current ones healing. However, I’ve not had a 100% remission. I currently have to old or first lesions reopened and raring their ugly heads. My dermatologist wants 100% lesson free for all her PN patients so I’m still using Dupixent but she wants to begin the newest biologic treatment about ready for the market. I hope my answer helped if in regards to this biologic drug. Be well ~ Marina

That’s right! Denver has an elevation of 5280 feet (and more). Was a skier, raised 3 who skied and snowboard-d but at this age I cannot tolerate being cold…brrrrr! I have to for necessary daily living, I even work from home now. I’m a warm weather person these age days, I should move but I’ve got 3 stinkin’ cute grandsons here so I just stay cold.
