5mg prednisone/day not enough. Need another 5mg by evening to cut back the tingling and stinging again. Can't wait for Dipulumab back in NY where it'll be covered.

Hope your getting there soon then. Being without something for that itch is the worst! I have referred to it as itching like a dog with fleas. That's not including the tingling and burning of neuro that some of us may have.
