Thanks, can you take Claritin. My doctor said I could take Claritin but that the Zyrtec works better for decreasing the itch. And the Pepcid helps with the histamine to decrease the itch.

My dermatologist put me on a supplement that she said would help reduce the itching. N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine 600mg. I take it twice a day. Also Pepcid 20 mg twice a day. Zyrtec 10 mg twice a day. It has helped to decrease the itching for me. The nodules on my scalp have gone away. I do have some LSC on my scalp that I’m dealing with. I use clobetasol cream 0.05% on the areas twice a day. But the reduction in itching has helped me to see improvement( less itching then less scratching) so it’s become more manageable. Hope that helps. I know it has really worked for me.

Additionally, anti-inflammatory foods such as berries, cherries, chia seeds, dark chocolate (more than 70% dark), green tea, lentils, olive oil, nuts, nut butters, and green leafy vegetables may also help. Everyone reacts differently, so it's great that raw beetroot seems to be helping you!
