For me it is only cotton. I have found a couple that are recycled fabrics that are listed as mixed with cotton or poly, but stretches, and it is ok at times for me. I can only wear other kinds of material short periods, and when it's cool or I'm in a/c and sometimes it blowing right on me.

- Soft, breathable fabrics: Opt for materials like cotton or bamboo, which are gentle on the skin and allow for better air circulation.
- Avoid harsh fabrics: Stay away from rough or irritating materials like wool or synthetic fabrics that can exacerbate itching.
- Lightweight fabrics: Choose lightweight options to stay cool and reduce sweating, which can worsen PN symptoms.

These choices can help manage skin irritation and improve comfort.
