I am hot too, can't stand the heat. I feel exhausted too. Is it fear ,body reaction or both? It's hard to function when you are in pain.

Yes I take vistiril and whenever I do I sleep all day. I hate it but the extra sleep helps the healing.

For M.S. I wear an ice vest. Many times I just wrap an ice pack and sleep with it on my stomach. It keeps the core temperature down. This helps me so much. When I get hot I am a neuro-mess and the PN gets worse.

For me, the heat, air type (humidity) air just MOVING makes a difference. I thought menopause at times, but, that hasn't happened yet, and, my friends who have gone thru it, it is not the same. They could be out in freezing temperatures and be sweating from it, and then it goes away. Me, I have to not move for a few moments, and no matter the temperature, just move the air around me. As well as the type of clothing... 1- it has to be loose fitting (which makes undergarments a super-challenge) and mostly, is cotton material!
